Weeks ago, I found out one of my pieces had been longlisted for a travel writing contest.
The week after, I received an e-mail congratulating me on making the shortlist.

While I didn’t end up winning the contest, I’m so happy to be included on this shortlist alongside such talented writers, and will be submitting again next year!
